Refund and Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Contact Us Within: 2 days of delivery
- Please note that we cannot process any refunds or exchange requests after the 7 days have elapsed.
To be eligible for a Refund and Exchange policy, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All products purchased from www.nigarcraft.pk can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with an intact price tag and receipt, under the following circumstances:
- The item(s) are deemed defective, missing accessories, or there has been an issue with the size, order, or article delivered.
- Customers may choose to visit our physical store for the exchange and refund process. Alternatively, you can coordinate with us via our online listed Customer Case or message us directly on Facebook or Instagram for assistance with your return/exchange request.
- If visiting our store is not feasible, you will need to return the item by mailing it back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, as well as the cost of shipping for any replacement item you order.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Please be aware that no exchanges will be accepted for sale or discounted items, as well as items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Refunds or exchanges on Custom or Personalized orders are not permitted due to the uniqueness of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. Additionally, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be held liable for any decrease in item value.
- The refund amount will include only the cost of the returned product(s) and any applicable taxes. Please be advised that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We strive to process returns promptly; therefore, please allow 7 to 15 days for your return to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
